Pizza Rucola

Flavor from Finland...

After serving in Helsinki, Finland for 12 years with 4 Pizzas and 1 Ala Carte Restaurant, we wanted to introduce these flavors that are very popular in Helsinki to pizza lovers in Izmir with the Rucola brand and brought our flavor from Finland to Turkey.

Rucola means Roka in Finnish. We chose this name to remind us of the magnificent pizzas of Finland, which defeated Italy in the most delicious pizza competition held in 2008. Ours was of course an initiative that required great courage. It seemed difficult to compete with a new pizza brand in Izmir, where there is a pizzeria on almost every corner. This initiative, which became even more difficult when the economic conditions of the country were taken into account, was realized with the flavor and product quality we trusted.

We; We trusted the talent of our Chef Levent Kerimoğlu, who was chosen as one of the 11 best pizza masters in Finland, our team that is extremely meticulous in the selection of all kinds of ingredients used in our pizzas, our professional work partners who think of all the details in the investments we make in our branches, but most importantly, we trusted the taste of the Turkish people who can distinguish the real taste in pizza. And finally, in 2017, Pizza Rucola met with the people of Izmir for the first time in Bostanlı.

Pizza Rucola, which started to spread with its branches opened in Izmir and Istanbul in a while, will continue to grow with the right projects in the future to spread the real pizza taste throughout the country.
